Returns Policy


We only accept exchanges for merchandise within 7 days of receipt. All purchases are not refundable and are eligible for one time exchange only. Exchange does not apply in the following circumstances;


  • The product is damaged because of customer conduct.
  • Product tag, package, original label etc., is damaged or missing;
  • Exchange request that is made 7 days after receipt;
  • Sale or promotional items;


Please e-mail to request exchange, and provide your name, order number, name of item(s) you wish to exchange, and reason for return.


Except for item that was found originally faulty or damaged at the time of arrival, all returns and exchange shipping costs are to be borne by customers. In the case an returned item was found faulty or damaged, customers will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges. We are not to be responsible for any damage during shipping, hence we recommend you to insure all exchange shipment. We will process your exchange as soon as possible but please allow up to 7 working days for your exchange to be processed. If your purchased item is out of stock for exchange, you may exchange for other items within the purchasing amount.


We reserve the right to reject any exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements, or the merchandise returned were shipped via collect shipment. Please ship merchandise via a traceable shipping medium such as DHL, Fedex, etc. Please be noted that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
