Order & Shipping Info
You are required to complete a membership register when you purchase from our site. You are required to provide the following information for membership registration: your full name, shipping address, billing address, phone numbers, email address. You are required to ensure all information provided is true, accurate, up-to-date and completed. Please email us if you have changed any of your registered information via the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We accept VISA, MASTER, PAYPAL for domestic and international; We accept Alipay for orders from mainland China.
Transmission of Payment Card Details
We use paydollar as our payment service provider. PayDollar is a leading, secure and reliable international payment service provider to banks and online merchants since 2000. Customers' payment details are securely transmitted to the acquiring bank, card and payment companies for real-time transaction authorisation using 256-bit Extended Validation Certificates (EV) SSL transaction encryption. PayDollar supports CVV/CVC check as well as 3-D secure authentication of Visa and MasterCard namely: Verified By VISA, MasterCard SecureCode for added security protection for both customers and merchant.
Upon the completion of your order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you outlining the details of your order within 24 hours. If items ordered are unavailable, a notification will be email to the customer’s registered email address for further action.
We use DHL for international delivery. The shipping cost of DHL international delivery is US$65 if the purchase amount is above US$800, depending on the purchased quantity and destination. For domestic and mainland China orders, we will ship by S.F. Express freight collect. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping rates are determined by destination at point of purchase. Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours after your order has been processed. We are not responsible for any delays and payment caused by destination customs clearance processes, taxes or tariffs in your country. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please be noted that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been confirmed and approved. Shipment may delay caused by address or payment verification. Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. Please be noted that we cannot reroute packages.
Tracking Your Order
A shipment notification will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped. A link that will direct you to updated tracking information will be included in the email.
If customer is shipping to a destination outside Hong Kong, on top of our shipping cost, tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the customer’s local government. We are not responsible for all additional taxes and fees.
We do NOT accept any order cancellation or alteration once the order is placed. Please make sure the shipping address given is completely accurate. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.
